Would love to claim that I baked this myself… really very tempted to! But in fact, I spent the day teaching food photography – a wonderful one-one-one session with a very keen baker. We took many images of this tart (all on the iphone for instagram)… and then that evening, with my family, we ate the model, so to speak! Thank you Lidl for a lovely lemony tart.
