The kids love this recipe… as simple as four lemons roughly chopped, with sugar & water – whizz in a blender, and then pour through a sieve to get rid of the pulp debris. Makes a deliciously fresh, and not too sweet lemonade. It is intense, and if you want, you can dilute with a touch of sparkling water for extra zing.
