Been doing some baking… gluten, dairy & nut free buns… taste remarkably good. Has the weight of a scone (it is solid!), and the flavour of brown bread – delicious, and perfect with a bowl of hot soup or dipped into extra virgin olive oil. Really simple to make – just some buckwheat and rice flour, baking powder, salt, coconut milk and one egg.
