Just a few from a shoot this week of fabulous high quality meat from Freedown Food, suppliers to Michelin-starred restaurants. It seems that as someone who rarely eats red meat – because I don’t like the taste rather than being ethical about it – that I rather like Wagu beef. I surprise to me, and possibly my wallet! Will post more soon – shame I didn’t get to try the Crocodile tail. R
